The content, process and duration of team or group coaching fully depend on the needs of the particular team or group to be coached.
I execute workshops that are designed to find solutions in crisis situations where communication and cooperation amongst a team or group have been disrupted, or even, have deteriorated. If the aim of group coaching is to meet the functional needs of a group, I facilitate the process as a facilitator without being actively involved in the content, for example, by developing strategies, leadership principles and codes of conduct for newly formed groups.
