Prior to establishing my own company as Alternative Practitioner in Psychotherapy, Coach and Organizational Consultant, I worked as a Senior Banker in various leadership positions at one of the largest European banking groups in Hamburg, Riga and Istanbul. My almost twenty-year career in the financial sector encompassed a wide variety of areas – most recently as Chief Operating Officer with management responsibility for human resources and communication.
During my time in banking, I had already turned my passion into a side business. Yes! Coaching is my passion, which, in 2010, led to the decision to setup my own company. Today, I help people in difficult life situations, overcome crisis, with developing leadership skills and using an effective communication to achieve a more fulfilling life. I also provide support and consulting services for companies in Executive Coaching, Leadership and Organizational Development.
Another cornerstone of my professional work is to represent children's best interests in all kinds of legal proceedings where children's rights are touched. As guardian-ad-litem I make sure the child's will is being heard and the best possible solution for the children will be developed. Parties in family cases often react very emotionally and with a strong focus on their own needs. To ensure children's interests are properly represented in such cases is an affair of my heart.
To hone my existing skills, I use the guiding principles of regular supervision and incorporating the latest scientific and practical findings in my work.
I work in German and English. The many years that I lived and worked abroad have given me a high degree of intercultural competence as well as a large international professional network.
